My Apartments are one of our longest-standing clients and a leading lettings and property management company.
For over 20 years, they’ve been at the top of their game, providing high-quality, city-centre apartments for international students, graduates, and young professionals.
What My Apartments wanted to achieve.
My Apartments originally brought us in to assess their existing setup and help shape a marketing team that could actually take the brand forward.
As a lettings and property management business, marketing for them is all about performance and lead generation.
So, the goal was to move the team away from being reactive and into a more proactive way of working, with clearer direction, better structure, and a stronger focus on driving results.
Getting the project off the ground.
We started by sitting down with the SLT and the existing marketing team to properly understand how things were running day to day and how marketing worked within the business.
We clarified ownership, expectations, and what success actually looked like, helping shift the team from reactive to proactive, with accountability for both asset output and lead generation. This gave us a solid understanding of the current setup and a clear direction for how the team needed to operate going forward.
What we delivered.
We worked with My Apartments on a two-year retainer, supporting them on a consultancy basis. During that time, we helped build an in-house marketing function designed to drive performance and consistent lead generation.
We elevated their assets and content, put a clear strategy in place to help them stand out against competitors, and oversaw the recruitment of their marketing team, making sure the right people were in the right roles to support the business long term.
What happened after the project.
What was supposed to be an initial two-year retainer quickly turned into a much longer partnership.
The value we added during that time meant we’ve been working with My Apartments for the past six years on a high-level marketing director basis, providing expert support to the marketing team, the SLT, and the wider business.
