Initial discovery meeting

We like face-to-face. So if we can get in the same room as you we will.

This is where we want to hear about your project, ask you questions, challenge your thinking and establish what it is you want to achieve.

We also use it as a 'vibe check', are we the right fit for you? Are you the right fit for us? Can we see ourselves having a Guinness with you? Anything less than ‘yes, yes, yes’... is a non-starter.

Plan & proposal

We will discuss your project in detail. We'll look at every angle and come up with a plan that meets your needs and maximises your budget.

We pull together a tailored proposal and send it over for you to digest and go through, if you have any initial questions - just shout.

This is the stage where you will also know who will be leading on your project from our side, and who will be your dedicated point of contact.

Follow up meeting

Once you have had time to go over the proposal, we will arrange a follow-up with you to go over the plan together and answer any questions.

This is a great opportunity to get all stakeholders involved in the conversation and introduce everyone who will be working on the project.

Of course, if after going over the proposal yourself, you are ready to get going straight away, then we can crack on with starting the project.

Start the project

Once the contracts have been sent, signed and returned - we are ready to get cracking.

This is when we will confirm any timelines and start working towards any agreed deadlines and deliverables outlined in the proposal.

If we are bringing in any additional specialists, then this is where those kick-off meetings will start to happen - don’t worry we manage all of this on your behalf. We're mega at plate spinning.

Regular catch ups

Get used to our faces, you will be seeing them a lot. Throughout the project, you will have regular catch-ups with your dedicated co&co project manager.

These meetings are diarised on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on what you and the project require.

This is an opportunity for us all to stay focused, get key sign-offs and discuss any changes or optimisations we may want to make to the plan along the way.

First of all we need to understand what your objectives are as a business, and build a plan for how marketing can support those aims. If your strategy is 100% offline activity, then analytics tools are going to be no good to you. When we create a marketing plan, we are essentially giving you a roadmap of how you can use marketing to help achieve your objectives. All of our plans are presented across an agreed timeline, detailing the channels and activity you should use, and all associated costs. If your plan requires any asset creation or operational support, we will also include these. Once your plan is done, you can either use it with your internal team, or we can execute it on your behalf.

Yes we can. Creating a new website is so much more than just designing something that looks nice. You need a plan behind it, you need a strategy. We work with you to establish what you want your website to do, how you want people to navigate around it, who in the business the website is for, and what technical requirements you have. If you don't have the time (or just don't want to) we can manage the whole project for you, from the site map, and content structure, to writing the content and managing the design and build process.
