About Ged.

Ged McPartlin is one of the UK’s leading voices in Build to Rent, specialising in the single-family market.

With over 20 years in lettings and property management, and as one of the early pioneers of BtR, Ged built and scaled Ascend Properties into the UK’s largest single-family home operator, managing over 10,000 units before exiting in 2023. 

Safe to say, he knows the industry inside out.

What Ged wanted to achieve.

Following our initial project with Ged, creating his personal brand and content strategy,  where we built out 46 ready-to-go LinkedIn post ideas, Ged appointed us as his brand management agency. On the back of the quality of that work, he wanted our support to properly execute the plan, not just on paper, but in the real world.

That meant ghostwriting all of his LinkedIn content, capturing fresh photography and video, and making sure everything going out consistently reflected both his expertise and his personality, without him having to think about it.

Getting the project off the ground.

With Ged’s personal brand already nailed, we didn’t need to figure out who he was or how he should sound, we already knew. We’d done the deep dive into his experience, values, tone of voice, and how he communicates, which meant execution could move fast.

With the foundations and post ideas in place, the focus shifted to writing the posts and capturing the content. 

We set up a monthly content day to shoot photography and video across different locations, outfits, and setups, giving us a strong bank of assets to support his LinkedIn content consistently.

What we delivered.

We delivered 46 written posts that reflected Ged’s content pillars and personal brand, hitting the goals he set for posting in the first place. 

Alongside that, we built a bank of assets, photos and videos, that could be used for months of content, showing both his personality and professionalism.

All the content was written and scheduled a month in advance, so Ged’s LinkedIn stayed consistent while giving us space to plan and focus on the next wave of post ideas. Everything we delivered made it easy for him to show up online with impact, week after week.
