The brief
About Found.
Found is now known as the only true 360-degree lifestyle operator, transforming residential and commercial spaces into vibrant places to live, work, and play.
But when they came to us, they were starting from scratch. There was no name, no proposition, just a clear vision to do something different in the property lettings and management space.
What Found wanted to achieve.
Found were starting completely from scratch and needed a partner who could build their brand from the ground up. They needed everything from the name and logo to the visuals, tone of voice, and overall creative direction.
Found are unique in their offering, serving multiple customer types: the residents who live there, the landlords and investors who own the properties, and the public engaging with their neighbourhood and outdoor public spaces.
So, they needed a brand that not only captured all these audiences but a brand that made a meaningful impact in a crowded market.
Getting the project off the ground.
Like any branding project, we started with defining the brand; understanding both what they wanted the business to be and what the business actually offered.
We did a deep dive into their proposition, target audience, and brands they admired or disliked, both within and outside their sector. This allowed us to create a clear and authentic brand DNA.
When building a brand, it’s crucial to hear from as many stakeholders as possible so all ideas and opinions are considered from the start rather than later on. As we like to say, 'speak now or forever hold your peace. ' Since we were creating a completely new business from scratch, it was important to fully understand the business’s purpose and vision before moving forward.
What we delivered.
We created a brand that could genuinely speak to their mix of customers, whether that was a resident, a landlord, or anyone interacting with their spaces. It needed to feel recognisable in the industry and strong enough to compete from day one with established players who’d been around much longer.
What happened after the project.
Like many of our clients, what started as one project quickly grew into a long-term relationship.
We moved onto a long-term retainer model, creating Found's full marketing strategy. Including their organic social strategy, leading on the build and design of their website as well as placemaking events and activations, and helping design everything from signage to uniforms and everything in between.
