About E.R.E Property Group
E.R.E Property Group are a UK property investment and sales advisory company that’s been a trusted partner for investors and developers since 2004. They focus on residential opportunities in high-growth areas and guide clients through the market with expert analysis and solid due diligence.
What E.R.E wanted to achieve.
When E.R.E came to us, they wanted to understand where their marketing was at - both in terms of output and set-up.
Without any senior marketing experience on the SLT, they didn't know what good looked like, they just knew that they weren't hitting the mark when it came to comparing themselves to the competition.
Getting the project off the ground.
We kicked things off with a deep-dive session with E.R.E.’s SLT to properly understand the business and pull out everyone’s opinions, discussion points and concerns from day one.
After that, we sat down with the marketing team individually to get the full picture, what each person was responsible for, what they liked and didn’t like about the current set-up, and how well things were actually working day-to-day.
Putting all of that together, plus a full audit of their website, socials and emails, gave us a clear view of how they were showing up and what needed attention before we advised on next steps and strategy improvements.
What we delivered.
We delivered a clear roadmap for how the business could improve brand perception, positioning and the set-up they needed in the marketing team to deliver it.
This wasn’t just about what E.R.E should be doing, but how they should be doing it. With defined marketing roles, responsibilities and priorities, the team had a clearer way of working together and knew exactly where to focus their time and energy to support the wider business goals.
What happened after the project.
After the strategy was signed off, we didn’t disappear. We stayed involved having weekly calls with the whole marketing team to check in on how things were going, look at performance, and make sure everyone was on the same page. It gave the team space to talk things through properly and keep things moving in the right direction.
Through our co&co talent service, we also supported E.R.E with hiring a new Head of Marketing to take the strategy forward internally.
As well as supporting the business on the sourcing and shortlisting, we also sat alongside the MD and Head of HR through the interview process to make sure the right questions were being asked of every candidates marketing experience. If we smelt bullsh*t we called it.
