About Elite Realty Invest.

What Elite wanted to achieve.

The guys came to us looking for a full audit of their current marketing set-up because they knew they weren’t presenting themselves as well as their competitors.

In a market where you rarely meet your customers face-to-face and no one actually sees the product you’re selling, coming across as credible really matters.

They also didn’t have a clear sense of who they were as a brand, so they needed clarity, confidence, and a strategy that would help them stand out and look as professional as they truly are.

Getting the project off the ground.

To get the project off the ground, we started with a deep dive into who Elite Realty Invest actually were as a brand, because they didn’t have a clear sense of that themselves.

At the same time, we audited everything they were currently doing; their email marketing, social channels, website, the lot.

From there, we helped them understand what needed to change and advised them on a clear strategy to initially strengthen their 'digital shop window', and create a more credible, consistent presence across key digital touchpoints - including their website, organic social media channels and email marketing campaigns.

What we delivered.

We started with their website, mapping out a new site and ensuring the customer journey was optimised for conversion - a very important factor in their strategy given that these guys are heavily reliant on lead generation.

We also took over Elite’s organic socials, refreshed their visuals, gave everything a consistent brand look. Tightened up their messaging, and created content that positioned them as the experts they are.

On top of that, we put a CRM strategy in place to maximise their database of international investors and enquiries. Keeping their audience engaged with a mix of sales and product messages, as well as useful educational emails that helped to position them as credible in the market.

Visually the team also needed a glow up, so we directed a full photoshoot, capturing the personality and professionalism of the team, alongside a brand new company video to really bring to life who they were and build trust with their audience.

Everything we delivered worked together to make their brand look more professional, aligned with their offering, and way more effective at pulling the right people in.

What happened after the project.

After the brand audit and strategy were in place, we didn’t just hand things over and walk away.

Elite brought us on as a long-term partner, meaning we continued to manage their website content, run their organic socials, and handle their email marketing.

We kept things moving for them, making sure their marketing stayed consistent, on-brand, and actually doing its job.
