The brief
About Paragon.
Paragon Property is a leading developer of UK property. With a focus on sales to international investors, and with an in-house lettings team targeting students and young professionals, they offer end-to-end, fully-managed investments in the UK's top investment locations.
What Paragon wanted to achieve.
Paragon Property were ready for a reset. With new leadership in place, they wanted to move on from the reputation and limitations of their previous brand, and build something that actually reflected who they’d grown into as a business.
They needed an identity that could stand confidently alongside the global big players and show the true scale, credibility, and ambition of the business.
In short, the old brand wasn’t cutting it anymore, and they were ready for one that actually reflected the level they operate at.
Getting the project off the ground.
We already knew the Paragon Property team inside out; four years of working together will do that. We understood the business, the leadership shift, the direction they wanted to go in and why.
So our starting point was simple... take everything we knew, look at the brands they wanted to sit alongside and build an identity that matched where they were heading.
What we delivered.
Since Paragon were already a long-term client, we could go all in.
We delivered the full brand blueprint, a clear brand DNA and direction covering everything from tone of voice and messaging to visual style, aligned brands, and real-world application examples. This gave them the foundations they needed to roll the brand out properly across every touchpoint.
We refreshed all of their core assets and made sure the entire team understood how the new brand should look, sound, and show up in the market.
What happened after the project.
If you’ve read any of our other case studies, you’ll know our clients usually keep us around much longer than the initial project.
Once Paragon Property’s new identity was in place, we carried on working with the team long-term.
We now sit alongside their SLT, advising on strategic brand and product decisions.
