The brief
About Silvia.
Silvia is a leading motorsports marketing professional working for RTR Sports Marketing.
Originally from Italy and now based in London, she has over two decades of experience in the industry, working closely with brands and sponsorship opportunities within motorsport.
She came across co&co after seeing Jordan speak at an event in London about how LinkedIn can be used to raise the profile of senior professionals.
What Silvia wanted to achieve.
Silvia was already active on LinkedIn, but she knew there was more she could be doing with it.
The goal was to improve the quality, consistency and range of her content, while growing her profile with the right audience. Specifically, senior decision makers involved in sponsorship and brand partnerships within motorsport.
It was also important that her content reflected what made her different. Silvia isn’t just selling sponsorship opportunities. She focuses on building the right partnerships between brands and motorsport, and she wanted that to come through clearly.
Alongside that, she had a huge amount of experience and insight to share, but needed the right structure and direction to bring it out properly.
Getting the project off the ground.
We kicked things off with a deep dive session in London.
This is where we got properly under the skin of who Silvia is, how she works and what sets her apart. We asked all the right questions (and a few unexpected ones) to understand her positioning, her tone of voice and where she sits in the market.
That session gave us everything we needed to shape a content plan that felt natural to her, but also strategic in how it would land with her audience.
What we delivered.
We created a 12-week content plan built around five key content pillars.
This gave Silvia a clear structure to follow, while still allowing flexibility in how she showed up. The plan balanced professional insight with more personal content, helping her share the kind of knowledge and perspective that often gets missed when people are left to figure content out on their own.
Alongside this, we supported her with a content plan that made it easier to stay consistent and more confident in what she was putting out.
The result was a more defined presence on LinkedIn, with content that better reflected her experience, her thinking and her position in the market.
What happened after the project.
Silvia was left with a clear and practical framework she could continue to build on.
With stronger structure, better content direction and more confidence in how she shows up, she’s now in a much better position to grow her profile and connect with the right people in her space.
Most importantly, her content now reflects the value she brings, not just what she does.
