About Renoa.

Renoa is the UK’s first tech-driven platform for the single-family home market. Their smart, vertically integrated tech stack makes operations smoother and helps drive better returns for the funds and institutional investors they work with. 

They’re a new player in the property world, which is perfect; that’s our bread and butter and exactly the kind of business we love getting stuck into.

What Renoa wanted to achieve.

Renoa came to us as a brand-new business looking to build its brand from the ground up. After working with us on the brand creation, it quickly became clear that if they were going to enter the market properly, they needed a set of core assets to support it.

One of the most important was a microsite. Something they could direct people to after meetings and introductions. A digital shop window that explained who Renoa were and what they were about.

The site needed to strike the right balance. Enough information to present the business as credible and backed by decades of experience from the senior leadership team, but not so much that it removed the need for a follow-up conversation.

Getting the project off the ground.

This project moved quickly. The Renoa team needed something live within two weeks, which meant a quick turnaround and a process that was focused and efficient from day one.

The developers were already in place to build the site, but the team needed a creative partner to shape how the brand would show up digitally. Having already created the Renoa brand, we were the right guys to take that identity and bring it to life online. The turnaround was tight, but we’re class at what we do, so of course we got the job done.

The Renoa team had also created an internal capability document, which helped speed things up. It gave us a clear view of the content that needed to appear on the site and allowed us to quickly map out the structure. From there, we created a wireframe that formed the foundation of the final design.

What we delivered.

We delivered a microsite that gave Renoa a strong and confident presence from day one.

Despite the limited time we had, the focus was never just on getting something live to tick a box. The site was designed to properly showcase the brand and position Renoa alongside established competitors in the market.

While it was a microsite, the strength of the brand and the way it was applied meant the end result looked polished, professional and distinctive. Just as importantly, it was designed in a way that allows the site to grow over time as the business evolves.

What happened after the project.

After creating the Renoa brand and delivering the microsite, the relationship didn’t stop there.

The Renoa team have kept us close as the business continues to take shape. Since then, we've been advising on social strategy, content creation and a number of additional creative assets that will support the wider launch of the business.
