My Apartments are one of Manchester’s leading letting agents, helping students and young professionals find city centre apartments for over 20 years.
With properties across some of Manchester’s most sought-after locations, they are known for delivering modern, fully furnished apartments designed around how people want to live today.
Their offering goes beyond just property, creating a lifestyle-led rental experience backed by strong customer service, sustainability, and in-house expertise.
What My Apartments wanted to achieve.
My Apartments came to us wanting to raise brand awareness and strengthen their presence across social media. Luckily, they understood that organic social done properly is not just about lead generation, it’s about brand awareness, brand alignment, and giving people a reason to engage with your content online.
Rather than only posting developments and apartment listings, we helped shape a strategy focused on the wider lifestyle of living in Manchester. From spotlighting local areas and culture to creating content people actually wanted to engage with, the aim was to build a social presence that felt relevant, valuable, and aligned with the brand.
Getting the project off the ground.
MA weren’t strangers to us before this project. They were already a long-term client after we previously helped deliver their full rebrand and worked closely with the team on their wider strategy.
Because of that, we already had a strong understanding of the business, the audience, and how the brand needed to show up online. But like any organic social project, we still started with a full deep dive session to refine their direction across social and define clear content pillars that would shape the channels moving forward.
We also reviewed the platforms they were currently using before identifying an opportunity for the brand to expand onto TikTok to better reach their audience and increase visibility.
What we delivered.
We delivered a full organic social strategy built around clear content pillars and a much more structured approach to content creation. We now manage the planning and direction of their social channels through monthly content planning sessions, ensuring there is always a relevant and consistent flow of content across platforms.
What had previously become a bit of a tick-box exercise internally was transformed into a proper social channel with purpose. We refreshed the direction of the content, focused on creating engaging lifestyle-led posts, and helped turn their channels into something that actually drove engagement, visibility, and attention online.
What happened after the project.
Following the strategy rollout, we continued working closely with the My Apartments team to evolve and strengthen their social presence. The brand now shows up across social channels with far more impact, backed by a clear strategy, stronger consistency, and a steady stream of engaging content.
More importantly, their social channels started to properly support the business, driving awareness, increasing engagement, and helping bring new customers through the door.
