About Found.

Found is the UK's only true 360-degree lifestyle operator, transforming residential and commercial spaces into vibrant places to live, work and play. Operating across Build to Rent, commercial spaces and placemaking, Found creates communities that put people and experiences at the heart of everything they do.

What Found wanted to achieve.

Like a lot of operators and lettings companies, Found had a lot of two-bedroom apartments but not enough enquiries coming through.

So rather than sell harder we started thinking smarter.

Found wanted to tap into a much larger audience: people actively looking for someone to share with.

The brief was simple. Create an event that would generate enquiries for two-bedroom apartments, showcase the building and its amenity spaces, and position Found as the go-to operator for people looking to find both a home and a housemate.

Getting the project off the ground.

One of the best things about working with Found is that they're always open to bold ideas. Rather than asking us to organise another networking event or brand collaboration, they handed us a blank sheet of paper and trusted us to come up with something different.

We knew that if we wanted to attract people actively looking to share, the event itself needed to solve that problem. So, instead of creating another generic resident mixer, we took inspiration from dating and matchmaking events and reimagined the concept for the rental market.

The result was 'Found in Good Company' - a completely new event concept designed to connect like-minded people looking for a two-bedroom apartment. More importantly, it wasn't built as a one-off campaign. We created a concept Found could roll out time and time again, whenever this challenge arose.

What we delivered.

Found in Good Company became much more than just an event. We built an entire campaign around it.

We created a full marketing strategy spanning online and offline channels, including email marketing, social media, landing pages, Rightmove assets and promotional materials across the Found buildings. Even the digital creative was designed to feel like an outdoor campaign, reinforcing the idea of bringing people together in real life rather than simply generating clicks online.

To make the experience genuinely valuable, we developed a full pre-event journey that captured information about every sign-up, before carefully matching people behind the scenes based on their preferences, lifestyles and what they were looking for in a housemate. By the time guests arrived, introductions were already far more meaningful than your typical event.

The experience itself was designed to showcase everything Found has to offer. Guests explored the apartments and amenity spaces, discovered the surrounding neighbourhood, engaged with Found's commercial operators and experienced the lifestyle that comes with living there. We also collaborated with one of Found's own commercial brands, helping strengthen the sense of community whilst supporting another local business within the Found ecosystem.

More than anything, we created a campaign that gave Found something they could genuinely become known for, rather than simply another event in the calendar.

What happened after the campaign.

Found in Good Company quickly became more than a solution to a common leasing problem. It gave Found a flagship event concept that could be repeated whenever two-bedroom availability increased, helping them differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive Build-to-Rent market.

The campaign also gained industry recognition, being shortlisted for Campaign of the Year at the Prolific North Marketing Awards.

Most importantly, it proved that the best marketing doesn't promote a product - it solves a real problem, in a way that people remember.
