Who are they? Manchester Apartments are a leading lettings and property management company. For over 20 years, the team have been leading the market when it comes to providing high-quality, city centre apartments to international students, graduates and young professionals.
Why did they come to us? Whilst the business was generating thousands of enquiries a month for the team, and letting the majority of their portfolio 12 months in advance without viewings, there was CRM in place to report on results, no long-term strategy for planning ahead and the website had not been revisited for several years, and therefore did not align with the scale of the business.
